They are clean enough to see yourself.
It has a unique character and elegance.
It is all natural product, with more possibilities of furnishings.
Wood flooring has a higher insulation value than carpeting.
Carpet must be replaced but wood is refinished and hence cheaper.
The thickness of wood adds structural integrity.
You can have the original designs to suite your desires and needs.

Here are few tips to maintain your floor. To avoid being your floor worst Do these things.........
Vacuum or sweep the floor regularly so that sand dirt, dust and other grit does not build up, which can destroy your floor finish
Remove spills promptly using soft cloth or other clean up material.
Place mats at the exterior doors to collect grit, sand and other dirt instantly.
Keep your pets' claws trimmed regularly.
Use area rugs at ends of steps, near doorways.
Install felt floor protectors on "feet" of all furniture.
Maintain humidity in your home between 45% to 55%. Excessive humidity adversely effects to the floor.
Wipe up food spills and water spots as soon as possible.

Never do these.........
Do not use high heels because they can damage the flooring finishing.
Keep your heels in good condition.
Do not use mop with water or other cleaning liquid on a wood floor.
Do not use wax, oil, soap or other households cleaners to your wood floor that can damage your finishing.
Do not shutdown the heating, ventilation or air-conditioning systems for a prolonged periods of time.
Do not clean the floor with scrubbers, because that can severely damage the finishing.
